People consciously or unconsciously destroy their bodies during daily activities. Many clients with back and joint pain don't perceive their bodies. Their body only serves to move their head from point A to point B. No wonder that after a while the body says enough and the weakest link makes itself heard with pain. We then face a cycle of therapies that often have short-term effects.
